1 .8 oz box sugar-free vanilla-flavored nonfat instant pudding
1 1/2 c. nonfat milk
1 1/2 c. fat-free whipped topping
3 c. chopped apples
2/3 c. dried cranberries
2 pkg. (4 bars) honey and oat granola bars, crumbled
Prepare pudding using 1 1/2 cups milk instead of 2 cups called for in box directions. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set; then remove and fold in whipped topping, apples and cranberries. Just prior to serving, sprinkle granola (granola will get soggy if mixed in too early before serving).
