Banana Smoothie
Number of Servings: 2
½ cup 1% lowfat milk
½ cup crushed ice
1 tbsp. honey or chocolate syrup
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 frozen sliced ripe large banana
1 cup plain Greek 2% yogurtInstructions
Combine milk, ice, honey, nutmeg and banana in a blender and process for 2 minutes or until smooth. Add yogurt and process just until blended. Serve immediately.
