Banana Yogurt Ambrosia

Number of Servings
    • 16 oz low fat vanilla yogurt (2 cups)
    • 2 medium bananas, sliced
    • 8-ounce can unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained
    • 1 large pear, peeled and diced, tossed in a little lemon juice and water to prevent browning
    • 1/2 cup small red seedless grapes
    • Topping:
    • 1/4 cup dark or golden raisins
    • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 1/4 cup toasted shredded coconut
Divide the yogurt among 4 individual serving bowls. Top with fruit. Sprinkle with topping mix.
