Beefy Cheese Dip

    •     1 pound lean ground sirloin
    •     1 onion chopped
    •     1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
    •     1 16-ounce jar salsa
    •     1 8-ounce pack reduced-fat shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    •     Vegetable cooking spray
Coat a heavy, medium-sized pot with cooking spray, and cook ground sirloin, onion, and mushrooms over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Drain off any excess liquid. Add salsa and cheese, stirring until cheese is melted. Serve hot with your favorite chips or toasted reduced-fat flour tortillas.
