Reply cdavis 9:22 pm on July 24, 2020 Sunflower seed butter and soy butter (marketed as “Wow”butter are great choices, too! Reply Mary Baldwin 5:30 pm on July 31, 2020 Hi Charlotte, I was wondering about tahini–could you use that as a nut butter, even though it is made from sesame seeds? Reply kathyh 10:58 am on July 25, 2020 That was excellent! Proud she’s from Arkansas?? Reply daniese.engel1111 11:05 am on July 25, 2020 What are some examples of plant proteins? Reply cdavis 11:21 am on July 25, 2020 Any dry beans/peas (pinto/navy/Great Northern/black/garbanzo/soy beans, lentils), nuts/nut butters (peanuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios). Lots of others, those are just off the top of my head. 🙂 Reply Kerry McNeil 5:10 pm on July 26, 2020 ?Super Healthy Power Sessions Charlotte, Thank You❣️⚡️?????????? Reply Dawn Wright 7:48 pm on July 26, 2020 Great job Charlotte. You made the materials very easy to understand and practical. It is all about practical for us with busy lives and families. I too am an RDLD here in Ohio. I did my under graduate work there in Searcy Arkansas at Harding University, I miss my South . But I met and married a northern Buckeye from Church. I find FP4H the best program around. I work with WIC, so weight loss is not my specialty area. The support thru FP4H makes all the difference for those of us in Health Care. People assume we have all the answers and all the will power. Nope……. only the power of the Holy Spirit. No Nutrition degree can match that! Blessings Reply alanchris.lamb 8:17 pm on August 5, 2020 Thanks for the super practical info. So easy to forget the basics when times are tough. Loved the super heroes!
