Reply Roseanne Chee 7:51 pm on July 24, 2020 Thank you for your continued prayers Helen. 🙂 Reply Helen Baratta 3:44 am on July 25, 2020 You know I was thinking of you at the end of Part #2 Reply karen.l.williamson.rd 1:18 pm on July 25, 2020 Helen – thank you for your passion and your example of not giving up! Reply Mary Eades 1:26 pm on July 25, 2020 Thanks Helen. I’ve lost over 100 also and keeping it off has been the challenge. I almost gave up – I had gained 70 back and I was lost – followed a few diets – even followed a medical diet and nothing trained me to keep it off. Then I found FP4H. Other programs had helped me to get off 40 of the 70 I gained but FP4H has helped me to not give up. It’s the one trait I share with so many. I won’t give up. I am now 19lbs away from my goal weight, which is something I believe is maintainable. Thanks for the encouragement. Our group has been filled with women who may get derailed but we don’t give up! Reply Helen Baratta 12:50 pm on July 28, 2020 Woo Hoo Mary. Way to go at embracing the changes God wants you to make and saying “Yes” to ALL he has planned. Reply lproctor-moore 1:38 pm on July 25, 2020 So wonderful to spend this time with you learningmore about your journey and knowing it will impact my journey. Linda Proctor-Moore Reply Dlynnwright54@gmail.com 6:44 pm on July 25, 2020 Spot on Sister Helen. Thank you for being so real, so honest, so vulnerable, and such a true witness for what God can do if we get out of His way. Amen. Truly enjoying the speakers this weekend. I feel like I can’t get enough. So nice to have others Nationwide that share the same goals. I am inspired to continue. A personal challenge living here with 3x grown boys. It is pizza, fast food, chips, pop, ice cream, etc. And I am a Dietitian by profession. 🤪 The power of God is the only thing that works in life. I just have to get my head wrapped around the fact He cares about our Health and Wellness too, so we can better serve His Kingdom. Blessings indeed! Reply Helen Baratta 12:51 pm on July 28, 2020 Amen sister. Obedience to His plan is our love language to the Lord. Helen Reply Carolyn Crowe 4:19 pm on July 26, 2020 I love what God has done in your life, and how easily you give Him the glory. Thank you for the amazing work you do for keeping us motivated to keep on this journey toward wellness and shining for Jesus. Reply Kerry McNeil 9:55 pm on July 26, 2020 Thank You Helen for sharing your system & belief to keep trying & keep saying yes to God!! It’s what we need to continue to do! I lit up & was drawn to your other version with the big bright yellow center for God and that God gets bigger! 🙏🏼🟡🙌🏻 Blessings to you too Helen❣️🙏🏼 Reply Helen Baratta 12:53 pm on July 28, 2020 Kerry, I know. That pie with Jesus in the center is a life changing shift in how we see the Lord in our life. Keep trying! Helen Reply fp4hdanvilleva 3:45 pm on August 2, 2020 The most helpful sentence in this session was when you said (talking about birthday cake) you “choose not to eat things because I loved God more.” I love that! I’m going to remember that next time I am faced with temptation. Thank you for reminding us that the process of transformation is ongoing. It is okay that we aren’t perfect because God isn’t finished with us yet! Reply Judy reis 8:45 pm on August 8, 2020 Thank you Helen, I am writing 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 on an index card! Your session was very inspirational. I am going to keep trying! Reply Cindy Rintoul 12:01 pm on August 13, 2020 So appreciated your keep trying! God has called us, He is faithful, He WILL do it!
