Crock-Pot Cider Pork Stew

Ingredients
      • 2 Ibs. lean boneless pork loin
      • 1 tsp. salt
      • 3 tbsp. flour
      • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
      • 1/4 tsp. pepper
      • 3 cups carrots, sliced
      • 2 large onions, cubed
      • 2 cups apple cider
      • 1/2 cup cold water
      • 3 cups potatoes, cubed
      • 2 apples, cubed
      • 1 tbsp. vinegar
      • 1/4 cup flour

 

Instructions
Cut pork into cubes. Combine the 3 tbsp. of flour, salt, thyme and pepper and toss with meat. Put carrots, potatoes, onion and apple in Crock-Pot. Top with meat cubes. Combine the apple cider and vinegar; pour over meat. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 1 0 hours. Turn Crock-Pot to high. Combine 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup cold water and blend well. Stir into liquid in Crock-Pot. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until thickened. Season to taste.
