Do you ever feel that you could live a bigger, fuller, more meaningful life, if only you weren’t held back by your limitations? Deb Gruelle has lived much of her life yearning to be set free from her limitations, so she could live that full life. For 17 years she struggled with infertility and multiple miscarriages. Then once she was finally able to have her dream family, she was hit by a disabling illness that affected both her body and her brain. When she felt God calling her to return to writing and public speaking though God hadn’t chosen to fully heal her, she thought God must be joking. By choosing to obey, she’s continuing to learn how to live the full life to which we’re each called while dealing with the reality of limitations.
Deb Gruelle (grew-WELL) is a bestselling and award-winning author of four traditionally published books, for both adults and children, including Aching for a Child: Emotional, Spiritual, and Ethical Insights for Women Struggling through Infertility and Miscarriage. A recovering Silicon Valley technical writer, Deb’s been featured on multiple radio broadcasts including Family Life Today. Deb serves as a chaplain, frequent conference speaker, and Bible teacher. She’s also a certified writer’s coach who loves helping writing clients take their next step toward the writing dream in their hearts.
As a writer of children’s books, she appreciates being related to Johnny Gruelle, the creator of Raggedy Ann and Andy. She loves helping young readers create warm childhood memories through her wildly popular children’s books too. DebGruelle.com @debgruelleauthor
