It’s often said change is hard …but really, it’s the transition that’s hard. Having a clear understanding of the stages of transition we can better manage the emotions and motivation associated with change. Becky will guide us through the Five Stages of Change. We will gain insights not only to survive change but to welcome change.
Becky Turner’s heart is to serve women in life coaching and nonprofits in strategic planning and development. She desires to see women live lives of peace, purpose, and passion. Her life reflects this desire both personally as well as professionally.
Before Christ, Becky says she had made a complete mess of her life – relationally, financially, and, especially, spiritually. In 1992, when she came to the end of herself and cried out to God, He graciously swooped in and lifted her out of the pit of her own making and set her feet on a solid Rock.
Since that time, the Lord has done amazing work as He has delivered, transformed, and renewed Becky to become the woman of God she is today. Becky has been blessed to minister around the world and experience God’s work in the villages of Africa, the high-rise apartments of Moscow as well as the streets of downtown Atlanta and Houston. Becky is is the Director of Operations for Priority Living and President and Founder of KBT Consulting.

RESTORE ME: Making Us New & Setting Us Free gives us an opportunity to remove strongholds, heal hurts, and respond to the person God wants us to be.
Vulnerability is hard when we are struggling with a stronghold. We can also have fears that we will be judged for the the choices we have made (and even that number on the scale!).
Come to RESTORE and experience:
- Freedom to discover the root of my emotional strongholds
- Clarity on why I sabotage my efforts towards a healthy lifestyle
- Calm from the presence of the Holy Spirit
- A safe haven for spending time with the Lord
- Christ-centered teaching
- Healing through prayer
- An ancient practice, we invite you to come away with Jesus, by yourselves “to a quiet place and get some rest” (Mark 6:31). Be restored.

What do people say about the FP4H Wellness Week?
Food was terrific & so good for us! Thanks for your hard work and for giving us the recipes as well! I can’t wait to try them at home!
God has breathed new life into me. I have been refreshed, filled up where I was empty and been shown where I have been weak, lazy, disobedient or plain wasting both my time and His.
Helped me slow down and reflect. Gave me ideas to take home – food and exercise. A fun time.
Given me peace & freedom from burdens of anger, hatred and un-forgiveness. Reminded me of the purpose for setting goals. Surrounded me with much love & encouragement.
Can’t make the whole week? Check back in September when we offer our weekender option.
