Grapefruit, Zucchini, Beef Stew

Breakfast: Broiled Grapefruit, 1 slice whole-wheat bread, ½ tbsp. light margarine, 2 eggs, scrambled  (1 Fruit, 2 Protein, 1 Grain, 1/2 Fat)

Snack: 1 cup of plan vanilla yogurt mixed with sliced fruit (1 Dairy, 3/4 Fruit)

Lunch: Oven Fried Zucchini, (1 Cup Veg, 1 Grain, 1 Fat), 2 Mozzarella Cheese sticks (2 Dairy)

Snack: 2 tsp Peanut Butter & 1 oz whole grain crackers (1 Grain, 2 Fat)

Dinner: Mediterranean Beef Stew (3 oz Protein, 1 cup Vegetable), Whole Wheat Bun (1 Grain)

Snack: Triple Berry Freeze  (3/4 Fruit, 30 extra calories)
