Grilled Honey-Balsamic Salmon
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp coarsely ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 6-ounce salmon steaks
  • cooking spray

Combine first five ingredients in a bowl; brush mixture over fish. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals. Place fish on rack; grill, covered, 2-3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serves 2
