What is the Healthy Holiday 40-Day Challenge?

The Free 40-Day challenge provides you with inspiration, tools, and strategies to keep you moving forward during the busy holiday season. Applying truths to your life: Heart, Mind, Soul and Body. During the challenge, you will receive daily prayers and tips, weekly challenges and healthy recipes directly to you by email, text, and/or Facebook, to help encourage and inspire.  Anyone with a valid email address can join the 40-Day Challenge. Participate at your own pace. Resources are sent by email, text message or accessed through the private Facebook group.


Is their a cost to the Holiday Challenge?

When will the 2021 Holiday Challenge begin?

The 2021 Holiday Challenge will begin on November 22nd and participants will receive the first Weekly Newsletter that morning. The program will run through December 31st. Do I submit any personal health information?

No, we do not collect any personal health information for participants. We encourage all participants to keep track of their healthy habits on their own, using one of our downloadable logs or on a free website/app such as MyFitnessPal or LoseIt. At the end of the program, we’ll send an anonymous wrap-up survey that asks for general information, without any identifying information.


How do I include my friends, family, group members?

Each person will sign up for the challenge individually and will receive the challenge emails directly to their inbox.


Can we connect with and support other participants?

Connect with one another and share tips, tricks, ups and downs through our Private Facebook Group. This is a private group only available to Healthy Holiday Challenge participants.


Did my registration go through?

As soon as you register for the Healthy Holiday Challenge you should receive a Welcome Email to confirm your registration. Please check your junk folders or under the “Promotions” tab in Gmail, as these emails are sometimes caught in spam.


Why am I not receiving emails?

If you are not receiving Holiday Challenge emails after the program begins on November 22nd, please double-check that you spelled your email address correctly by re-registering on this page HERE (even if you previously registered correctly you will not receive double emails, you will only be included once).

If you have received email from us previously, but haven’t received anything recently, you may be Opted Out of our system. Due to Email Spam guidelines, you’ll need to complete the OPT IN form, then follow the links in the email to update your email preferences in our system.
