Pineapple Kale Smoothie
  • 2 cups chopped kale, stems removed
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 frozen medium banana cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple pieces
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 to 3 teaspoons honey to taste

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk as needed to reach desired consistency.

  2. Can strawberries or other fruit be substituted for the pineapple?

      Yes! The pineapple is such a strong flavor, it hides the taste of the Kale, but other fruits will work.
