Breakfast: 1 Cup of Yogurt or Milk, 2oz of Whole Grain Cereal, 1/2 cup berries (1 Fruit, 2 Grains, 1 cup milk)

Snack: Whole Grain Crackers with 1 oz. wedge of cheese (1 Grain, 1 cup Dairy)

Lunch: Chinese Pork Lettuce Wraps (1.75 Protein, 2 Vegetables, 2 Oils, 1 Veg)

Snack: Blackberries and Yogurt with Cinnamon Crisps (½ oz-eq. grain, ¼ cup fruit, ¼ cup milk)

Dinner: Seared Salmon and Spinach (4 Proteins, 1 Oil, 1 cup Vegetable Fruit)
