1. Include a copy of the Order Detail sheet for the merchandise in question with the return. Each carton should be numbered and should indicate the total number of cartons in the returns shipment (example: 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc.). Mark each carton RETURN CREDIT REQUEST.
2. All merchandise returned must be in sale-able condition.
3. Products returned within 30 days of shipping date will receive a full refund minus shipping costs.
4. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on all returns received after 30 days.
5. All returns received after 60 days will receive a First Place 4 Health store credit only.
6. No returns after 90 days.
7. Any merchandise found unacceptable for credit will be returned or donated, at our discretion, to missionary causes.
Reasons For Non-Acceptance of Returns:
- Returned to First Place 4 Health in non-saleable condition. (Damaged, Store Price Stickers, Written On)
- Dated Material
- Out of Print
- Not First Place 4 Health Product
8. Any returns resulting from our error must be accompanied by original Order Detail sheet or TAG number.
9. To request credit or replacement of defective merchandise, please call Customer Service at 1-800-727-5223.
RETURNS MUST BE SENT PREPAID TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS.
We can only give credit for merchandise received and in acceptable condition. Your credit will appear on your credit card within 5-7 working days of receipt of return.
