Healthy Holiday Living, written by First Place 4 Health members who understand the unique challenges of the season, is a six-week devotional study that can provide order to you during this hectic time. Each daily reading will offer you encouragement to fight the temptations you might face and journaling questions to help you stay on track in the four core areas of life. You will also find six weeks of Live It Trackers, holiday survival tips, and special menus for Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day. The holidays don’t have to be a time of regret. Instead, rejoicing and thankfulness can be on the menu!
