Strawberry Surprise

Number of Servings
  • 1 32-ounce carton vanilla flavored light yogurt,
  • 8 tablespoons Cool Whip Lite,
  • 2 1/2 cups strawberries,
  • 2/3 cup crushed pineapple (drained, sweetened in own juice),
  • 1 small package sugar-free Jell-O (powder, Strawberry & Banana flavored),
  • 1 cup “Honey Bunches of Oats” Cereal (plain, not almond variety) (Grape Nuts or other cereals can be used, but check serving sizes)
Blend the yogurt and Cool Whip Lite together in a large bowl. Stir in the Jell-O powder and blend well. Best when refrigerated several hours then stirred again before serving, but if desired, it can be served immediately. Slice strawberries, and stir in crushed pineapple, then divide evenly into serving bowls. Diving evenly, spoon yogurt mixture over fruit. Crush the cereal, sprinkle 1 tablespoon over each serving.
