Take a break and spend time with the Lord. Spend time in reflection. What did God bring to your mind today? How do you feel heart, mind, soul and body? What will motivate you to walk again tomorrow?  See the Faith Walk handout.

GETTING TO KNOW FIRST PLACE FOR HEALTH ~ Vicki Heath
Starting a FP4H class may seem daunting at first, but not if you have the right tools and instruction. It’s really a simple process of prayer, preparation and action. Vicki will lead you through the process and you will be prepared to step into the role of leading a life-changing First Place for Health class. Go for it!

I GOT IT…FINALLY! ~ Carole Lewis
Carole will share 5 amazing lessons she thought she knew before but has truly learned to practice since she retired 5 years ago.  Sometimes, just slowing down our frantic pace helps us transfer head knowledge to our heart.

IF YOU GIVE A GIRL A GIANT ~ Karen Porter
Karen shares the four giants and four mighty warriors in our life. We are not equipped to fight the battle, but God gives us the weapons to outsmart and slay each giant. Many of us find the physical aspect achievable, but struggle with the emotional journey when we change our diet and exercise. This breakout session will give you practical steps along the way to keep your mind and heart from slowing your success and encourage you on the path to wellness.

Join Barb are she reveals the five ways that women neglect themselves and the spiritual “Why.” Learn the mindset change, as well as inspiration and motivation toward positive next steps.

Leaders and members embracing the tools and technology available will enhance and encourage their wellness journey. Join Helen as she shares ideas, tips, and resources and  challenges everyone to embrace technology.

TIPS & TRICKS FOR TRIUMPHANT TRACKING ~ Charlotte Davis
Research reveals that tracking your food intake is at the very top of the list as an effective tool in weight loss and weight maintenance, but do you ever get overwhelmed with it?  In this session, Charlotte will provide guidance for tracking restaurant foods, plus other practical tips to de-mystify this powerful process!
